It is also important to know that safety is absolutely paramount when using any bike rack. Always check your equipment before riding, make sure everything is properly installed and tightened.
Your bike will be safe as long as the bike rack is installed and used correctly. All carriers from any manufacturer have their weight limits and must not be exceeded.
